Through grace-based interaction, you will learn more about yourself, the warning signs of potential relapse, and tools to use and to build successful repetitive cycles of pornography use.

Addiction presents itself in varying ways: substance abuse, shopping, gambling, pornography, and screen time etc. Recovery is the invitation of the Holy Spirit to live life to the full. Recovery is not a one-time event. It is a lifestyle of change… patterns, behaviors, coping mechanisms, and transformation of mindset to where success becomes the desired outcome rather than enslavement to the addiction process.

    About Mental Health Coaching

    Mental health coaching is a professional relationship where a trained coach partners with a client to set goals, identify barriers, and pursue mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual wellness.
    • It is not therapy, though it draws from behavioral science, psychology, coaching techniques, and biblical truth. Coaches walk alongside clients in present-moment growth rather than diagnosing or treating mental illness.
    • Our coaching sessions will strive to improve functioning, self-awareness, coping skills, and life satisfaction. The focus will be on forward movement, not on deep analysis of past trauma or pathology.
    • My role is distinct but complementary to counseling, mentoring, or spiritual direction. The goal is to empower you to grow into who God has called you to become.
